Clear design gel (watercolor, marble, etc.). 15 ml
Apply any base gel (UV LAC base coat, SculptX, Architect X, rubber base, Level Up).
Remove the sticky layer.
Apply Blooming Gel and add drops of gel polish in the desired color.
