Double magnet for a "cat's eye effect"

Easy to use, strong, double-sided, pen-type magnet. Apply cat eye gel polish and use the magnet. Use the magnet on the undried layer of "Cat Eyes" polish. Once you are satisfied with the magnetic pattern, cure it in a UV/LED lamp and apply a top coat.
